Conference Business Sessions, Lunches and Welcome Cocktail
The Business Sessions will be held in the Auditorium on the ground floor. They will begin at 09.00 hrs on Wednesday, October 13th 2010 and end on Friday, October 15th at 13.15 hrs. Please note that all Business Sessions will be held in English and no interpretation will be provided.
Lunch will be served in the Exhibition Room, situated on the ground floor. Coffee breaks will be served in the exhibition area, on -1 floor, in order to facilitate the dialogue between delegates and exhibitors.
All delegates and their partners are kindly requested to check-in with the INTERGRAF staff present at the registration desk situated in the foyer of the congress centre and accessible via the main entrance. The registration desk will open for delegates on Tuesday, October 12th from 14.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs and on Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th and Friday 15th from 08.00 hrs onwards. It is highly recommended to already register on Tuesday in order to avoid waiting times on the first conference day. INTERGRAF staff will be available at the registration desk throughout the whole event.
The Welcome Cocktail will be held in the gardens of Rey Juan Carlos I Hotel, just next to the congress centre, on Tuesday, October 12th at 19.00 hrs.
