Conference & Exhibition
Next Security Printers' Conference and Exhibition will take
place in Barcelona, Spain from 13th to 15th October 2010
The exhibition is fully booked!
The first International Security Printers' Conference has taken place in
Milan in 1976 gathering only a small number of representatives of the
industry. It is now worldwide the most important event on document
security for security printers, their suppliers and governement
representatives and police forces. The conference's aims are to discuss
trends and new developments in printing and security technology and in
fighting forgery and counterfeiting. Participation in the conference is
restricted to representatives of ministries of the interior, central
investment and commercial banks, savings banks, post banks and post
offices, police institutions, forensic laboratories and institutes, high
and general security printing houses, card producers, suppliers and
public authorities.
Since 1991, an exhibition has been organised alongside the
conference. It offers printers and suppliers the opportunity to present
their technology and know-how.
The last conference took place in Stockholm, Sweden in May 2009. Over
940 participants from more than 60 countries took part in the
event, 89 companies were advertising their latest products at
the exhibition.
