The rates include
buffet breakfast and service and exclude 8% VAT.
Wherever possible, INTERGRAF will give
delegates the hotel of their choice but will have to operate on a “first come first
served” basis. Once a hotel is fully booked, accommodation will be offered as available in a
similar hotel category.
Cancellation Policy
Conference hotels
in Barcelona do not accept any reservation without receiving the
credit card details of the guest. Please note that in case of
cancellation, the following cancellation policy will be applied by the
conference hotels:
Cancellation
between August 11th 2010 and September15th 2010:
1 night will be
charged.
Cancellation between September 16th 2010
and September 28th 2010:
2 nights will be
charged.
Cancellation between September 29th 2010
and October 04th 2010:
3 nights will be
charged.
Cancellation after October 04th 2010 and
no-shows:
100% of the reserved room-nights
will be charged.
