The Exhibition
The Exhibition will be set up on the -1 floor, easily accessible via lift, stairs and escalators from the conference room located on the ground floor and will be open for delegates on Wednesday, October 13th 2010 from 11.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs, on Thursday, October 14th from 8.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs, and on Friday, October 15th from 8.30 hrs to 14.00 hrs. Please note that the Exhibition is fully booked and that no more space will be available.
Exhibition Afternoon
On Wednesday, October 13th, the first day of Conference, the Exhibition will open with the first coffee break at 11.00 hrs, in order to give all delegates the time for a first visit. An aperitif offering delegates the opportunity to taste local specialities will highlight this dedicated afternoon from 18.00 to 19.00 hrs. All partners registered either for the Social Programme or the Cultural Programme for Accompanying Persons are very welcome to join this event.
