Layout and price of the booths
There will be a total of 109 booths
available:
- 77 booths, 3m x 3m (9m²) each
and
- 32 booths, 4m x 2 m (8m²) each.

VAT
- Booth 4m x 2m: EUR 7,100 + 16%

Prices cover
the booth and one booth attendant for the duration of the Exhibition and
Conference. VAT, if applicable, is refundable according to Spanish
law.
In case the exhibitor requires raw exhibition space,
without the standard booth and furniture, the rental cost remains the
same. In this case, please note that the stand width is reduced by 5cm
and its height is limited to 3m.
Exhibitors will also be able to hire
plasma screens, extra tables, chairs, shelves, showcases,
etc… These will be at extra cost, according to a list of
supplies, which will be circulated by Intergraf to confirmed
exhibitors.
Participants list
Art. 8 Advertising and marketing
material: “In all advertising and marketing material produced
by the Exhibitor mentioning its participation in the event, the
Exhibitor must mention that the entrance to the exhibition area is
subject to full registration with the Organiser according to the rules
for registration to the “International Security Printers’
Conference and Exhibition”. For advertising its participation at
the Exhibition, the Exhibitor will receive the list of participants to
the “International Security Printers’ Conference and
Exhibition” prior to the event. The Exhibitor, its officers,
agents or employees are not allowed to communicate the list of
participants or any part of it to any third
party.”
This explicitly means that no entrance will be
allowed to visitors of the Exhibition, without prior registration with
Intergraf and the payment of the conference registration fee.
The exhibitors will receive in exclusivity from
Intergraf ahead of the Conference the list of participants with full
details. E-mail addresses of participants will be communicated only with
their approval in order to avoid unsolicited e-mail
advertisement.
