Location of the Exhibition

 

The Exhibition will be set up on the -1 floor of the conference centre, easily accessible from the conference room (Auditorium) located on the ground floor of the Congress Centrre.

Coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area in order to give exhibitors every chance of welcoming visitors to their booths also during these breaks.

Further opportunity to meet delegates will be offered to exhibitors during the dedicated Exhibition afternoon on Wednesday October 13th 2010 from 13.30 hrs to 19.00 hrs. On this occasion, an aperitif will be offered to delegates and their partners in the exhibition area between 18.00 hrs and 19.00 hrs.
