Security & badges
To safeguard confidentiality throughout the event, the
conference and exhibition areas will be accessible exclusively to
delegates wearing the appropriate badge, which will be checked
systematically upon entering the congress centre.
Delegates must wear their badge at all times during the
Conference and the Exhibition and also during the social events.
Accompanying persons need to wear their badge during all social events,
in which they participate. INTERGRAF
must receive full payment of all fees prior to
badges delivery.
As INTERGRAF’s conference
badges feature a photograph, each delegate is required to send a
passport photograph of himself and his partner in jpg format to the
dedicated e-mail address : securityprinters@intergraf.eu.
Participants in the 2009 Stockholm Conference do not need to send new
photographs unless otherwise advised. For new delegates, the
photograph should measure 240x300 pixels,
have a resolution of 300 dpi and a maximum file size of 50kb.
Failure to do so might imply prolonged waiting
times upon check-in.
