The project organised two workshops in order to collect,
exchange and analyse information. All Intergraf associations and their
member companies were invited to participate.
Both workshops followed a similar agenda, but the level and the
tone of discussion varied. Workshop 1 (March) was aimed at larger,
often multinational companies with an adequately modified approach and
level of debate orchestrated by the moderator. Workshop 2 was aimed at
small companies, particularly micro SMEs (i.e. below 50 employees where
possible), with the emphasis on the entrepreneurial nature of these
businesses. The workshops attracted delegates from both the
employers’ and the employees’ side from across the
EU.
Both workshops had approximately 40-50 participants. Interpreting was
available in English, German, Italian and French.

Final Conference
The final conference, titled "Printing Matters for the
Future", had a dual purpose. First, its aim was to disseminate
the project’s results by presenting the study and the main
conclusions from the two workshops. Secondly, it provided an
opportunity for debating the project’s conclusions and evaluating
the proposed solutions.
The conference had 150 participants from across Europe.
