Check-in for the Conference and the Exhibition
For both Conference and Exhibition,
delegates are requested to check-in with the INTERGRAF staff present
at the registration desk situated in the foyer of the congress centre.
Subject to full payment of their registration fee, delegates will
receive their access badge and the conference documents.

Tuesday, October 12th 2010: 14.00 – 20.00 hrs
The INTERGRAF registration
desk will be located in the foyer of the congress centre directly
accessible from the main entrance on Avenida Diagonal. Delegates may
check-in on Tuesday between 14.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs. Access to the
Welcome Cocktail will only be granted to delegates and partners wearing
their badge.

Wednesday, October 13th 2010: 08.00 hrs onwards
Delegates unable to
check-in on October 12th should report to the registration
desk on October 13th in order to collect their badge and the
conference documents. The desk will open at 08.00 hrs.
INTERGRAF staff will
be available at the desk during the whole event and will be happy to
provide any information delegates might need.
