Beatrice holds degrees in Business Administration, European Studies and International Management from universities in Germany and France. She has lived and worked in Germany, the USA, France and Belgium.
In 2001 she started working for Intergraf, Brussels, the European trade association promoting and protecting the interests of the graphic industry, and took over the position of Secretary General in 2003.
At Intergraf, Beatrice focuses on environmental issues, competitiveness of the industry as well as standardisation and social issues, and runs the security printing section which offers a platform for security printers, suppliers and customers worldwide via Intergraf Currency+Identity.

Dick Ranzijn is the CEO and owner of Rodi Groep, a Dutch media company founded by his father in 1978. The company encompasses a publishing house, printing facility, and distribution network, operating throughout the Netherlands. At 39 years old, Dick has been leading the company for several years.

Dick Ranzijn is also active in industry events and discussions. Laetitia joined Intergraf in 2012. She is responsible for monitoring EU policies impacting the printing industry as well as overseeing economic analysis and data, including the production of the Intergraf annual economic report.
Laetitia has been working on the impact of the EU Deforestation Regulation on the printing industry since the adoption of the legislation.

She has had the privilege of leading the growth of Paragon Romania, a company specializing in print, personalization, fulfillment, packaging, and logistics services. Through strategic planning and operational optimization, she has helped drive significant revenue growth and consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Throughout her career, she has focused on both operational excellence and sustainability. She is particularly passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, which has contributed to the company receiving the “Great Place to Work” certification for three consecutive years.
Sustainability is one of her core passions, and she has led numerous environmental initiatives within the company, including reforestation efforts and waste collection programs. She also brings expertise in carbon footprint reduction and supply chain optimization. She is committed to achieving long-term sustainability alongside operational excellence, while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. Her goal is always to deliver exceptional results that support both business growth and environmental responsibility.

Sarah Schumacher is a four-time World and European Champion in Minigolf. Before beginning her international Bachelor of Engineering in Print Media Technologies at Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart, Germany, she took on a personal challenge—walking 800 kilometers along the Camino de Santiago to grow beyond her limits and gain new perspectives.
During her studies, Sarah actively participated in various projects and, together with her team, was honoured with the German Print & Media Award as Student Group of the Year 2023. She recently completed her Engineering degree in Print Media Technologies, having written her Bachelor's thesis at Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden.
Alongside her academic journey, Sarah founded her own business as a public speaker and team-building coach. Drawing from her championship background, Sarah has created a unique minigolf-based experience tailored for executives, managers, and teams.
Her mission: to help people and teams unlock their potential and push beyond perceived limits. With her experience in the print industry, Sarah supports print companies in empowering strong, future-oriented teams—including inspiring and attracting the next generation of young talent to the world of print.

Trained as a media designer at Mohn Media – Mohndruck GmbH in Gütersloh. Graduated in 2006 with a degree in industrial engineering from the Stuttgart Media University. Until 2013, he was a member of the management team at the Encyclopedia publisher Bibliographisches Institut & F.A. Brockhaus AG in Mannheim. There he witnessed how Wikipedia completely disrupted the publisher's business model within just a few years. Subsequently, until 2017, he was a member of the Board at Athesia Kalenderverlag in Unterhaching. During this time, he was a founding member of the self-publishing company Calvendo GmbH, which used a disruptive approach to almost completely digitize the traditional processes of a calendar publisher.
Since 2017, he has been CEO of mediaprint solutions GmbH in Paderborn. Together with his team, he developed mediaprint solutions into one of the most digitalized printing companies in Central Europe. Since 2024, he has been in addition co-managing director of Media-Print Group GmbH in Paderborn and CEO of Grafisches Centrum Cuno GmbH & Co. KG in Calbe. Tobias describes himself as a 'hands-on expert' for change management and transformation in printing und publishing.

Ulrich has 30+ years of experience in the European printing industry. He has served on the Intergraf board since 2018, taking over as President in 2021.
