Beatrice Klose

Secretary General

Beatrice is an expert in European affairs for the printing industry and in organising large events for the security printing sector, as well as the wider graphic industry. She is responsible for the overall management of Intergraf – both the European affairs and security printing teams – including EU advocacy, projects, the WPCF (World Print & Communication Forum), budgets and member relations. Beatrice’s native language is German and she also speaks English and French.

Laetitia Reynaud

Senior Policy & Economic Advisor

Laetitia is highly experienced in EU policy and advocacy with a background and specialisation in economics and experience in European environmental policy. She is responsible for all economic and environmental issues. She also produces the Intergraf Annual Economic Report, where data about the European graphic industry is compiled and analysed. Laetitia’s native language is French and she also speaks English and German.

Sergejs Mikaeljans

Communications and Events Officer

Sergejs has a diverse background in journalism, public affairs, event management, digital & social media communication, and copyrighting. He has previously worked in the telecommunications sector, EU institutions, media outlets & research centres. Sergejs is part of the EU advocacy team as a Communications and Events Officer, where he works towards amplifying the voice of the European print industry in Brussels and throughout the EU. He is fluent in English & Russian and has some proficiency in French & Latvian.

Doris Schulz-Pätzold

Customer Relations & Certification Director

Doris has a background in business management and many years of experience in sales and marketing managerial roles in the ID documents sector. She is responsible for the promotion, sale and development of the two security printing certification schemes overseen by Intergraf: ISO14298 and CWA15374. Simona Barbulescu

Event Manager

Simona is an experienced international event coordinator with more than 10 years of experience working for Intergraf. She is responsible for the organisation of the Intergraf Currency+Identity event, one of the largest events on the calendars of currency and ID document professionals. Simona’s native language is Romanian and she also speaks English, French and some Spanish.

Cristina Munteanu

Exhibition Coordinator

Cristina works for Intergraf part-time as an event consultant. She is responsible for the coordination of the exhibition at the Intergraf Currency+Identity Conference. Cristina’s native language is Romanian and she also speaks English and French.

Meike Van der Veur

Marketing and Communication Officer

Meike van der Veur is a Dutch citizen, she moved to Brussels for her interpreter studies and has since made it her home. With experience in translation and high-level Personal Assistant roles, she then spent a decade in the Belgian Construction Industry, focusing on digital communication, copywriting, and social media for six years. Since April 2023, she's been the Marketing and Communication Officer at Intergraf, promoting the Intergraf Currency+Identity event and supporting the event coordinator, while collaborating with the Web and Digital Officer. Fluent in Dutch, English, French, and Spanish, she also has basic German proficiency.

Jeremy Tawedian

Certification Assistant

As a Certification Assistant, Jeremy provides administrative and communication support in the development and promotion of the security printing certification schemes ISO 14298 and Intergraf 15374. He first joined Intergraf in 2024 as a Research Assistant, during which he led the ‘Print and Digital Media’ project (2024). Jeremy has expertise in communication, working for several years as a freelancer in marketing, copywriting, and journalism. He also has experience coordinating events for the non-profit sector. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Jeremy has an MSc in Sociology from Ghent University (Belgium) and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) from ESA Business School (Lebanon).

Reka Sipos

HR & Administration Officer

Reka is responsible for HR & administration activities at the Intergraf office. Her native language is Hungarian and she also speaks English and French.

Sanaâ Riffi Temsamani

Certified Expert-Accountant ITAA

Sanaâ is responsible for managing the accounting activities of Intergraf (part-time). Once a teacher, now an accountant, Sanaâ has worked for 17 years supporting NGOs, SMEs, and multinationals, receiving her ITAA accreditation in 2015 as a Certified expert-accountant. Her native language is French and she also speaks Arabic, Spanish, English, and Dutch.

Elsa Lopez

Digital & Graphic Design Officer

Elsa is French and has relocated to Brussels in 2022. She has a background in linguistics, digital and communication. Following her traineeship at the House of European History, her responsibilities now entail overseeing the association's websites, event mobile application, and overall graphic design.
