  Clemens is Director of Marketing & Sales Operations at Sappi Europe, one of Europe’s leading paper producers. Based in Austria, he is a member of the European Commercial Management Team and leads a broad portfolio of sales-enabling functions, including Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Service, Business Intelligence, and Sales Controlling.

  He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Data Scientist. He began his career with a strong foundation in finance and held, among other roles, the role of CFO at a paper mill in China. This international leadership experience deepened his operational expertise and provided a strategic lens that continues to inform his commercial work today.

  With over two decades of industry experience and international assignments in Belgium and China, Clemens brings a global perspective and a deep cross-functional expertise to every challenge.
