  She has broad leadership experience across sectors, including Polish banks and the food industry. She specializes in strategic transformation, digitalization, and operational excellence. At Walstead CE, she leads business automation, production process reengineering, and sustainability initiatives. She also collaborates with research institutions on innovation and development projects.

  Katarzyna is a Polish National Sales Award winner in the Innovation category and holds multiple project management certifications. She was the initiator and operational lead of the project that received the 2025 FESPA Award for the development of a biodegradable, eco-friendly POS stand, recognized as an innovative achievement in sustainable in-store marketing.
